Introduction

Not to long ago, a new project started to get shape. Joe talked to me about this idea of opening a new pizza house with his own recipe, wich is the best by the way! He already had some clients that owned pizza houses, and let me tell you, he can’t make them fast enough to keep up with demand.

He had a location in his head and some time later, he said that he was already putting the idea under construction. No, literally! He was already renovating the shop that will open this summer. So, I decided to put my hands and head to work, because the idea, well, it wasn't more an idea, it was a project.

Development

We started with the name, wich obviously didn't take much time. Joe's name and a pizza house, you see where I am going with this. Next was the logo, and I like minimal, but tought that he would not like it, because he talked about having a real pizza with all types and things that pizzas have. But, when I showed him the different types of logos, between my and his ideas, oh boy, minimal was what he liked. From there, the issue was to decide by one.

After the logo and color pallete, the rest was easy to achieve. I made some designs for pizza boxes, street neon signs, menus and then researched a lot for the fun part, the interior design. But for this matter, you will have to wait a little longer because the renovation is happening as you read this. Expect something like the logo, bold and minimal!
